Conveyancing Marketing Services was formed in 1995 by Sharon and David Buthlay both of whom have a wealth of experience in the property and legal markets and offer the advisory service to clients..
Sharon Buthlay is a qualified Property Lawyer having many years conveyancing experience in working for solicitor firms in both the residential and commercial sectors. She was also a member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).
She is able to give impartial advice on a range of property and legal matters and having had her book “The HIP way to Buy and Sell your House” published several years ago.

Whilst Home Information Packs are no longer in operation the book contains a wealth of relevant information about the purchase and sale of property both from an estate agent and legal perspective and is well worth consulting.
David Buthlay was a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (F.N.A.E.A) for many years. Having formed his own estate agency practice in the 1980’s he also went on to form a property development company in East Anglia.
Conveyancing Marketing Services is now in its 17th year and has many thousands of satisfied clients who have either purchased, sold or remortgaged their property with the help of our service.
Advisory Service
CMS aims to give fair transparent conveyancing quotes with no hidden extras together with impartial legal advice wherever appropriate. Advice if offered on disbursements with a full explanation of each, transfer of equity, right to buy your council house, leasehold property, landlords / buy to let advice etc. The nationwide solicitor panel (who are all full members of the Law Society) has been very carefully selected over the past seventeen years and offers excellent service levels underwritten by a Service Charter.
